Plot

The film begins with Bandhagi Gopanna a revolutionary leader whose meaning in life is the liberation of Telangana. Plus, his family dedicated and sacrificed their lives for it by the previous 3 generations. Gopanna’s movement blazes from 4 sides. So, he too assassinated by malevolent political forces and suppresses the revolt. Years roll by, and Jayamma wife of Gopanna runs an organization ''Amma Odi'' which feeds the poor students and unemployed youth. As well as, she still has red parrots for Telangana. However, her son Varshith feels these struggles & sacrifices are stark waste which leaves nothing but sorrow. In addition, he falls for an Andhra girl Sahaja. Once, Varshith tours around ancestral villages where he spots people across the region who have been suffering from years of apathy and negligence. After soul-searching, he realizes the concrete way out is the formation of

. Parallelly, KCR uproars Telangana revolutionary movement and he is apprehended. Hence, as a counterattack, a youth Chari self-immolates when Varshith outrages hail to Telangana. Therefrom, student agitation is conducted at

under the leadership of Varshith. Anyhow, self-centered politicians plot to torpedo which leads to severe destruction, bandh, rallies, and riots. Gradually it becomes stronger by amalgamating the officials, bureaucrats, advocates, and including the police. Moreover, it spits turtle doves by elders holding the regional barrier, and Sahaja is forcibly taken back to her hometown. Chanti a vicious youth leader of Telangana conspires to knit with Sahaja for his political gain and entraps her brother Sunil. Besides, Varshith & his supporters are seized by cops and they abscond. During this plight, Jayamma carries out a hunger strike which fiery the insurgence. This minute, the public spits on wayward politicians which collapses their crown. Day by day, Jayamma's health condition deteriorates and she is hauled to the hospital by Police. Being aware of it, Varshith proceeds, even Sahaja revokes the match and moves to Hyderabad. On the way, Varshith faces a police encounter, and Sahaja is stabbed by Chanti. Despite that, they reach the camp with severe wounds and leave their breath continuing Jayamma's mission. At last, it is stated that wither these leaders will change, and the Jayamma family wins. Finally, the movie ends with KCR's ''Maha Garjana Sabha'' and Parlament accepting the Telangana formation bill.
