Mayor of Belgrade, Serbia. He was born in 1792 in
Beli Potok, near

Karađorđević had no children. Ilija was the stepfather of Stamenka's daughter Jelena Ristić, who married Đorđe Radojlović, the founder of the Radojlović family.
