Mysterio took advantage of the situation and delivered the 619 to Swagger and covered him to win the World Heavyweight Title. In the next match, The Miz faced R-Truth for the United States Championship. The match went at a quick pace throughout and ended when Miz reversed R-Truth for a pin attempt to retain the title.
