Brillion is a town in Calumet County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 1,486 at the 2010 census.

to the east. The city of Brillion, a separate municipality, is in the southeast part of the town, while the unincorporated Forest Junction is in the northwest. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of , of which is land and , or 0.40%, is water.
