On 28 April 2019, Rampersad made his professional debut as a starter in the Wanderers' inaugural match.
On 20 June 2019, he scored his first goal for the club in a 2–1 loss to
Cavalry FC.

For the 2020 season, Rampersad was named the team captain for the Wanderers. After the
2022 season the Wanderers announced they had signed Rampersad to a contract extension through 2024, with an option for 2025.

In May 2021, Rampersad was invited to a
Trinidad and Tobago training camp, but however due to travel restrictions in
Canada due to the
COVID-19 pandemic he was unable to join the squad.
