The 2017 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 14th staging of the Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 2004. The draw for the opening round took place on 11 December 2016. The championship began on 30 April 2017 and ended on 8 October 2017. On 8 October 2017, Kanturk won the championship following a 0-17 to 1-12 defeat of Mallow in the final. This was their first championship title in the grade.
