There was no subsequent promotion for fourth-placed Staines Lammas, and no reprieve for relegated Ash United. The following six clubs applied for promotion to Step 4: Ashford Town, Camberley Town, Epsom & Ewell, Molesey, Spelthorne Sports and Windsor.
