Øystein Josefsen
Øystein Sigurd Josefsen (born 1944 in Vågan, Norway) is a Norwegian businessman and former politician for the Conservative Party. He was Director General at the Prime Minister's office from 1983 to 1988. In 1986 he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance until the second cabinet of Kåre Willoch fell in May 1986. Kåre Isaachsen Willoch (; 3 October 1928 – 6 December 2021) was a Norwegian politician who served as the 30th prime minister of Norway from 1981 to 1986 and as leader of the Conservative Party from 1970 to 1974. He previously served as the Minister of Trade and Shipping from August to September 1963 and 1965 to 1970, and as the president of the Nordic Council in 1973. After stepping down as Prime Minister, he served as Governor of Oslo and Akershus from 1989 to 1998 and as Chairman of Norway's state broadcasting company NRK from 1998 to 2000. Nikolski Air Station is an unattended airport located in Nikolski on Umnak Island in the Aleutians West Census Area of the U.S. state of Alaska.
