Annika Östberg
Annika Maria Östberg Deasy (born January 6, 1954) is a Swedish citizen formerly incarcerated in California for an undetermined period (25 years to life sentence). She was convicted of first-degree murder of a restaurant owner and a police officer in 1981.California Department of Justice: Court No 7643, Prob File No 17517: The People of the state of California vs. Annika Maria Deasy, defendant. Rear Admiral Knut Mauritz "Moje" Östberg (9 September 1897 – 13 November 1984) was a Swedish Navy officer. Östberg's senior commands include postings as captain of the coastal defence ships and HSwMS ''Manligheten'' as well as captain of the seaplane cruiser . Ragnar Östberg
Ragnar Östberg (14 July 1866 – 5 February 1945) was a Swedish architect who is best known for designing Stockholm City Hall. Biography Östberg was born in Stockholm, Sweden. His parents were Carl Östberg and Erika Kindahl. Between 1884 and 1891, he first studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In 1888, he studied at the Royal Swedish Academy of Fine Arts. He had an internship with architect Isak Gustaf Clason (1856–1930). In 1893 he visited the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago and in 1896 he went on a three-year study trip to, among others, England, France, Italy and Greece. Dating from the early 1900s, he lived and worked in Umeå in northern Sweden. Scharinska villan in Umeå is considered one of Östberg's best works during his youth. Frida Christina Östberg (born 10 December 1977) is a Swedish retired football midfielder who played for Umeå IK, Linköpings FC and Chicago Red Stars of Women's Professional Soccer. Mattias Östberg (born 24 August 1977) is a Sweden, Swedish association football, footballer who plays for Hanvikens SK in Swedish Swedish Football Division 4, Division 4 as a Defender (association football), defender. Career Östberg began his career with Östansbo IS, before signing a professional contract with Ludvika FK. He also played with IFK Norrköping, before moving to England to play with then Football League Second Division, Second Division club Stoke City F.C., Stoke City. Carolina Östberg
Carolina Östberg (17 May 1853 – 27 February 1924) was a Swedish opera singer and singing teacher. She was nationally and internationally famous and belonged to the elite members of the Royal Swedish Opera Life Carolina Östberg was the daughter of the barber-surgeon Johan Ludvig Östberg and Beata Ulrika Wallberg. She displayed a natural musical talent at an early age. She was enrolled at the Royal Dramatic Training Academy from 1869 to 1873, and a student of Signe Hebbe. Lisa Cecilia Östberg (born 15 January 1991 in Insjön, Sweden) is a Swedish people, Swedish ice hockey forward (ice hockey), forward. Curt Östberg
Curt Mauritz Axel Östberg (17 February 1905 – 30 March 1969) was a Swedish tennis player. Tennis career Östberg represented the Swedish Davis Cup team in 1929, 1933–34 and 1936–37. His first match in 1929 was against South Africa in Saltsjobaden, where he and his teammates, Sune Malmström and Henning Muller, suffered a 5–0 loss. He played a total of 17 matches and won 6 of them. Three of the wins were in doubles with his partner Kalle Schröder. In 1946 he was appointed as non-playing captain for the Swedish team. Östberg made two appearances at the Wimbledon Championships, in 1929 and 1934, losing in the first round on both occasions. Its main purpose is to measure whether a person's circadian rhythm (biological clock) produces peak alertness in the morning, in the evening, or in between. Ingvild Flugstad Østberg (born 9 November 1990) is a Norwegian cross-country skier who has competed since 2008. Career She won her first competition in the sprint event in the Tour de Ski on 31 December 2013. Her previous best individual World Cup finish was a second place at a sprint event on 1 January 2013 held in Val Müstair, Switzerland during Tour de Ski. She won four gold medals during the 2009 Junior World Championship in Praz de Lys-Sommand, but had to settle for a fifth place in the team sprint event during the 2009 World Championship in Liberec, along with Astrid Jacobsen. Mads Østberg (born 11 October 1987) is a Norwegian rally driver. His co-driver is Torstein Eriksen. Career Østberg competed in his first rally in 2004. His first World Rally Championship event was the 2006 Swedish Rally, in which he finished 31st in his Subaru Impreza WRC 2003. In the 2006 season, he competed in two more WRC rallies; retiring at the Rally Finland and finishing 23rd at the Wales Rally GB.
