The second constituency for French residents overseas (French: ''Deuxième circonscription des Français établis hors de France'') is one of eleven constituencies representing French citizens living abroad. It was created by the 2010 redistricting of French legislative constituencies and elects, since 2012, one representative to the National Assembly. It represents all French citizens living abroad in Mexico, the Caribbean (except Puerto Rico), South America and Central America. Paula Forteza (born 8 August 1986) is a French politician who was elected to the National Assembly of France in the 2017 French legislative election as a member of La République En Marche!. She represents the Second constituency for French residents overseas (Latin America and the Caribbean). Renaissance (RE), previously known as La République En Marche !
