Älska mig (en:Love Me) is a Swedish comedy-drama television series. It premiered on Viaplay on 11 October 2019 and 10 April 2020 on SVT. The series is written and directed by Josephine Bornebusch who also plays the lead. The series got a second season which started airing on Viaplay on 13 April 2020. The series won the Kristallen Award in the category "TV drama series of the Year 2020". Viaplay
Viaplay is a streaming service owned by Viaplay Group which is based in Stockholm. History Originally owned by Modern Times Group, it was launched in May 2007 as Viasat On Demand. It was rebranded as Viaplay in 2011. Viaplay released its first original fiction title, '' Swedish Dicks'', in 2016. As of 2021, it was available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Iceland and Poland. Capitalizing on the popularity of Nordic noir titles, the service rolled out plans to expand to Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands in November 2022, and Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the United States by 2023. Leyla Jerrie Josephine Bornebusch (born 12 September 1981) is a Swedish actress. Career Bornebusch was involved in Vår teater, a children's theatre, as a child. She began her acting career in the Swedish drama series ''Rederiet'' in 1999 and a year later, she starred alongside Alexander Skarsgård in the films ''White Water Fury'' and '' Wings of Glass''. Görel Elisabeth Crona (born 23 August 1959) is a Swedish film director, actress and singer/songwriter. She had her first role in the Sveriges Television series ''Varuhuset''.
