Jordan Rager (born February 21, 1994) is an American country music singer. Rager was born in Loganville, Georgia. He performed in local bars since age 15, and was mentored by Barry Williams, who is Jason Aldean's father. He gained popularity by singing cover versions of popular country music songs, amassing more than 3.7 million viewers on YouTube as a result. One of the artists who discovered his videos was Justin Moore, who chose him to perform on the "Off the Beaten Path" tour. Rager was signed to Broken Bow Records in 2014. Rager released his debut single, "Southern Boy", via Broken Bow in February 2016. Roger Rager (September 3, 1948 – February 16, 2022) was an American racing driver in the USAC and CART Championship Car series. Early life Rager was born on September 3, 1948 in Lincoln, Nebraska. When he was four years old he ran a "space ship" go-kart around a track during an intermission for a race program that included his dad, Bob, at the Nebraska State Fair in Lincoln. At age 14, Rager purchased a stock car for $35 and raced at a local track. He later moved to Lincoln and raced on weekends. His first sprint win was at Jefferson County Speedway in Nebraska. Career Rager enjoyed numerous milestones as a sprint car racer in the early 1970s. He won many races all over the country and also was the United States captain for a sprint car team competing in South Africa in 1973. He returned to North America and moved to the Twin Cities in the mid-1970s. Yitzhak "Ijo" Rager ( he, יצחק "איז'ו" רגר, 1932–1997) was an Israeli journalist, diplomat, and a Likud mayor of Beersheba. Rager was born in Cairo, though immediately after his birth, his family moved to Mandate Palestine and settled in Jerusalem. In his IDF service he reached the rank of lieutenant colonel and took part in the Six-Day War. Rager had two children: Eviatar Rager (born 1959) and Avishag Goldberger-Rager (born 1970), both of whom reside in Israel. After his discharge he worked in the mass media; among his posts were as European correspondent for Kol Israel, the Israeli national radio service, editor of the periodical ''HaYom'' and director-general of the Israel Broadcasting Authority.
