Chris Rager is an American voice actor who works on a number of English versions of Japanese anime series. His major roles include Mr. Satan in ''Dragon Ball'', Will Powers in '' Ace Attorney'', and Arlong in the Funimation dub of ''One Piece ''One Piece'' (stylized in all caps) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda.
