Khel (clan)
Khel ( ps, خیل) are sub-tribes of Pashtun tribes in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The title of the tribe ends in '' Zai'' and its sub-tribe name ends in ''Khel''. ''Khel'' is also a common final element in the names of villages in Afghanistan and in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan, such as Darra Adam Khel. Pashtuns (, , ; ps, پښتانه, ), also known as Pakhtuns or Pathans, are an Iranian ethnic group who are native to the geographic region of Pashtunistan in the present-day countries of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Khizar Khel
Khizar Khel (خضر خیل) also known as Khiddar Khel (خدر خیل) is a clan of Isakhel (sub-tribe) of Pashtun tribe Niazi or Niazai. Their ancestral village is Khaglan Wala, Isa Khel Tehsil, Mianwali District. Utmankhel
Utmankhel ( ps, اتمانخېل) a Pashtun tribe present in Pakistan, with substantial numbers in Afghanistan. They lie between the Mohmands and the Ranizais of Swat, to the west and south-west of the junction of the Swat and Panjkora rivers. The Utmankhels mostly living in Malakand, Bajawar, Mohmand, Lower Dir, Mardan and Orakzai. Khwajgan,() also known as Khwaja Khel,(خواجه خېل) is a clan or family of Baloch Baloch settled in different parts of Swat valley Pakistan, i.e. in Bara Bandai, Mingora, Barikot, Charbagh and Dakorak. Isakhel (sub-tribe)
Isa Khel is a sub-tribe of the Pashtun tribe, Niazi. The earliest recorded mention of the isa khel tribe is in Baburnama, 1504-1505. Most of the tribe still resides in their ancestral town of Isakhel, named after their ancestor Isa Khan Niazi son of Umar Khan Niazi, but a lot have shifted to bigger cities or different towns in pursuit of a better education and better opportunities.
