JtL
JTL (제이티엘) were a South Korean dance music group, consisting of the former H.O.T. members who left SM Entertainment – Jang Woo-hyuk, Tony Ahn and Lee Jae-won. The group was named after the initials of the members' stage name. After the release of their second album ''Run Away'', the group have dissolved and the band members started pursuing solo careers. When the group debuted in 2001 with single "A Better Day", which covered a 2001 song "A Better Day" by Norwegian band Multicyde, again based on the 1977 Norwegian song "Vårsøg", member Tony An claimed that promoting their song had been difficult due to strained relationship with Lee Soo-man, the producer of SM Entertainment. Lee blocked the music video from various Korean entertainment broadcasts which drew angry reactions from the group's fans, some of whom egged the company's main building in Seoul. Tony Ahn
Tony Ahn (; born June 7, 1978) is a South Korean singer, best known as a member of boy band H.O.T. After H.O.T. disbanded in 2001, its ex-members Tony Ahn, Jang Woo-hyuk and Lee Jae-won formed the dance music trio jtL. Eventually, JTL unofficially disbanded as each member, including Tony, released their solo material. Biography He is the CEO of TN Nation Entertainment, a music entertainment company; Skoolooks, a school uniform company; and Shinenihs, an undergarment company. Popular comedians Jung Hyung-don and Jo Hye-ryun were both part of TN Nation Entertainment. In 1997, Tony was admitted to Dongguk University. He majored in stage performance and graduated in 2003. Moon Hee-joon (; or spelled Moon Hee-jun; born March 14, 1978) is a South Korean pop rock singer-songwriter signed under SidusHQ. He initially rose to fame as the leader of former boy band H.O.T. under SM Entertainment. Biography 1996–2001: H.O.T. Being the second member to join H.O.T. after auditioning, Moon made his debut as a singer as the leader of the boy group.
