William Edward Bull III is an American professional stock car racing driver who most recently competed part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 7 Ford Fusion for CCM Racing. He has competed in the series as a road course ringer since 2008. He works as a chiropractor in Cape Charles, Virginia. Racing career In 2008, Bull made his debut in the ARCA Re/Max Series at New Jersey Motorsports Park, driving his self-owned No. 97 Ford, where he started 39th and finished multiple laps down in 32nd. He then made another start at New Jersey the following year, this time driving the No. 7, where he qualified in nineteenth but went on to finish 27th due to suspension issues. Chapin, South Carolina
Chapin, popularly known as the "Capital of Lake Murray", is a small lake town located at the northern tip of Lexington County, South Carolina, United States. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside the village of Lexington. The General Tire Delivers 200 is a annual ARCA Menards Series race held at Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania. The inaugural event was held on May 30, 1969, and was won by Bobby Watson. The track has been featured on the ARCA calendar annually since 1987. History ARCA ran at Pocono Raceway for the first time in 1969 on a paved oval, two years before the modern superspeedway was opened. The Subway 400 was the second race of the NASCAR Winston Cup Series season until 2004, held a week after the Daytona 500. This 400-mile (644 km) annual race was sponsored by Subway and was held at North Carolina Speedway (''The Rock'') since 1966. From 1966 to 1995, the race distance was 500 miles (805-km) which was shortened to 400 miles starting from the 1996 season. Until the 2004 Nextel Cup season, two annual races were held at Rockingham. After the 2003 season, the fall race (the Pop Secret Microwave Popcorn 400) — which was held in November — was moved to California Speedway, to be held on the lucrative Labor Day weekend. The Herr's Snacks 200 is an Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA) race at Salem Speedway, currently held in the fall. ARCA first held a race at Salem in 1979 before returning from 1987 to 1989.
