Filip Erceg (born 1979) is a Croatian writer, journalist and political scientist. Erceg was born in Slavonski Brod, but lived his childhood in Bjelovar. He graduated in politology at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Zagreb. Michael Anthony Erceg (26 March 1956 – 4 November 2005) was a New Zealand businessman who founded Independent Liquor, which was New Zealand’s largest independently owned liquor distributor, known for its Ready to Drink (RTD) brands such as KGB, Woodstock and Vodka Cruisers. Oste Erceg (; 23 March 1947 – 4 June 2025) was a Bosnian Serb painter from Novi Grad, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Biography Erceg was born in Gornji Rakani, where he attended elementary and high school, graduating in 1966. He started painting in 1967, while attending the College of Textile - Chemical School in Zagreb, from which he graduated in 1972. Beginning in 1973, Erceg worked as an engineer in a textile industry. In 1986, he enrolled in a painting course at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, which he attended until 1990. Erceg died on 4 June 2025, at the age of 78. Work Erceg was notable for producing all his work as fingerpainting. His work focuses largely on his homeland of Gornji Rakani, and his memories of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Charles Percy Erceg (28 November 1928 – 26 May 2019) was a New Zealand rugby union player. A wing three-quarter, Erceg represented North Auckland and at a provincial level, and was a member of the New Zealand national side, the All Blacks, from 1951 to 1952. He played nine matches for the All Blacks including four internationals. Tomislav Erceg (born 22 October 1971) is a retired Croatian footballer who played as a forward. He made four appearances for the Croatia national team, scoring one goal. Club career Erceg started his career at HNK Šibenik in 1990, moving to HNK Hajduk Split after his first season with the club.
