Hans Bertil Stiglund (born 8 June 1955 in Haparanda) is a Swedish bishop and author who has been Bishop of the Diocese of Luleå since 2002. Biography Stiglund studied theology at Uppsala University from 1974 to 1980 and took theology bachelor's degree in 1980. That same year he was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Gothenburg. He worked as curate and later as assistant pastor in Forshälla parish until 1987. He then became vicar in Pajala parish from 1987 to 1991 and in Alatornio Haparanda parish 1991-2002. Runes are the letters in a set of related alphabets known as runic alphabets native to the Germanic peoples. Gunnar Weman
Gunnar Weman (born 25 February 1932) was Archbishop of Uppsala from 1993 to 1997. Weman is the son of Henry Weman who was the cathedral organist in Uppsala. He was ordained in 1958 and was stationed as a priest in Sigtuna and later in Uppsala in 1959, before he became a student and study secretary of the Swedish Church Mission Board in Uppsala. Between 1964 and 1984 he was again stationed in Sigtuna, first as curate and then rector in 1969. From 1985 to 1986 he was director and head of the Swedish Church Board for worship and evangelism.
