In the United States, community colleges are primarily two-year Public university, public institutions of tertiary education. Community colleges offer undergraduate education in the form of an associate degree. In addition, community colleges also offer remedial education, General Educational Development, GEDs, High school diploma, high school diplomas, technical Diploma, diplomas and Academic certificate, tech certificates, and occasionally, at some colleges, a limited number of 4-year bachelor's degrees. Collegiate University
A collegiate university is a university where functions are divided between a central administration and a number of constituent colleges. Royal College Of Surgeons
The Royal College of Surgeons is an ancient college (a form of corporation) established in England to regulate the activity of surgeons. Derivative organisations survive in many present and former members of the Commonwealth. These organisations are now also responsible for training surgeons and setting their examinations.
