A chinface, sometimes referred to as a chinikin, chinhead, chinman, or chinmonster is a performance, usually of a comedy, comical nature, involving someone's chin. By drawing or attaching eyes, it gives the impression of a distorted face when viewed upside down. Origins Physicist Robert W. Wood claimed that he invented this illusion (which he did not name) while a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore in 1891-2. ''Red Dwarf'' is a British science fiction comedy franchise created by Rob Grant and Doug Naylor, which primarily consists of a television sitcom that aired on BBC Two between 1988 and 1999, and on Dave since 2009, gaining a cult following. They Might Be Giants (often abbreviated as TMBG) is an American alternative rock band formed in 1982 by John Flansburgh and John Linnell. The Gumball 3000 is an annual international celebrity motor rally, which takes place on public roads. The name comes from the 1976 movie ''The Gumball Rally''. It was established in 1999 by Maximillion Cooper, with his vision to combine cars, music, fashion and entertainment. Since its establishment, the road rally has featured a number of notable drivers, such as Lewis Hamilton, Deadmau5, David Hasselhoff, Xzibit, Usher and Tinie Tempah. The rally changes the start and finishing point every year, with some rallies requiring travel by air to make the start and finish points.
