Bonne Bay Marine Station is a marine ecology research and teaching facility on Bonne Bay along Newfoundland's west coast. It offers services to students, researchers, educators and the general public. The station is within Gros Morne National Park, a recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site. The aquarium portion of the facility is open to visitors. Interactive aquariums tours are provided to walk-ins, as well as school and community groups. Mirko Bonné (born 9 June 1965) is a German writer and translator. Bonné was born in Tegernsee, Bavaria. In 1975 his family moved to Hamburg, where he attended the Hansa Gymnasium. He graduated from the Otto Hahn Gymnasium in Geesthacht in 1986 and worked as a bookshop assistant, taxi driver and nurse. His writing career began in the early 1990s with journalism, moving on to lyric poetry and translations. Daisurami Bonne Rousseau (born 9 March 1988) is a Cuban track and field sprint (running), sprint athlete who specialises in the 400 metres. A two-time participant at the World Championships in Athletics (2009 and 2011), her personal best for the event is 51.69 seconds. At the 2011 Pan American Games, she was the 400 m silver medallist and a relay gold medallist. She has also won medals at the Central American and Caribbean Championships in Athletics. Rigobert Bonne (6 October 1727 – 2 September 1794) was a French cartographer, widely considered to be one of the most important cartographers of the late 18th century. In 1773 Bonne succeeded Jacques Nicolas Bellin as Royal Cartographer to France in the office of the Hydrographer at the Depôt de la Marine. Working in his official capacity, Bonne compiled some of the most detailed and accurate maps of the period.
