Bandy In Norway
The Norwegian bandy season starts with the Kosa Open where the winner of the elite section qualifies for the Kopa Cup. Eight teams then contest the Norwegian Bandy Premier League. Solbergelva
Solbergelva is a village in Drammen municipality, part of the Viken county , Norway. The village lies north of Drammenselva, approx. 5 miles west of Bragernes square, between Ã…ssiden in the east and Krokstadelva in the west with Solbergfjellet north. It is part of Drammen municipality and has about 6.000 inhabitants in 2017. Ullern
Ullern is a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway. History The borough has its name from an old farm, Norse ''Ullarin''. The first element is the genitive case of the name of the Norse god Ullr. The last element is ''vin'', meaning pasture or meadow. In Medieval times, the farm belonged to the monastery at Hovedøya. Following the Reformation in 1536, the farmland was separated between the crown and the local canon. Formally divided into lower and upper Ullern in 1740, both farms were bought by Herman Severin Løvenskiold, in 1878 and 1866 respectively. At the time, Ullern was a part of the rural municipality Aker. Signs of urbanization began in the 1800s, when Skøyen and areas along the Lysaker River, which divides Ullern from Bærum, began developing into industrial sites. Ullern Idrettsforening is a Norwegian multi-sports club from Ullern, Oslo. It has sections for association football, team handball, basketball, bandy and cheerleading. General history The club was founded in 1971 as a merger of the multi-sports club ''Liull'', the multi-sports club ''Bestum IF'' (founded 1914), the gymnastics club ''Lilleaker TF'' and ''Ullern Basket'' (founded 1956). Sande I Vestfold
Sande is a former municipality in Vestfold County, Norway. Its administrative centre is the village of Sande i Vestfold. Nordre Aker (Northern Aker) is a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway. History This area became part of the city of Oslo in 1948.
