Antakshari
Antakshari, also known as Antyakshari (अंताक्षरी ) is a spoken parlor game played in India. Each contestant sings the first verse of a song (often Classical Hindustani or Bollywood songs) that begins with the consonant of Hindi alphabet on which the previous contestant's song ended. Etymology The word is derived from two Sanskrit words: ''antya'' (अन्त्य) meaning end + ''akshara'' (अक्षर) meaning letter of the alphabet. When these words are combined and an '-i' suffixed, the term means "''The game of the ending letter''". Due to schwa syncope in Hindi and other Indo-Aryan languages, Antyakshari is pronounced ''antakshri''. A dialectical variation of the word is इन्ताक्षरी or ''intakshri''. Titan Antakshari
''Titan Antakshari'', also known ''Antakshari'', ''Close-Up Antakshari'', ''Sansui Antakshari'', ''Fair-Deal Antakshari'' and ''Titan Antakshari - World Champions'' is an Indian musical game show that aired on Zee TV every Friday. The show was formerly called ''Sansui Antakshari'' and that programme was hosted by Pallavi Joshi and Annu Kapoor from 1994 to 2005. Titan Antakshari is now hosted by Himani Kapoor and Sunil Pal and is in a completely different format from ''Sansui Antakshari''. During the second season, it featured the three finalists from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs, Sameer, Sanchita and Diwakar as the show's "idols". The previous idols for the "Elaan-e-Jung" were Bani ke Parwaane, Vidya ke Mastane and Saloni ke Deewane. Currently, the show is in its third season and they are having an "Intercollegiate Championship" competition. Annu Kapoor
Annu Kapoor (born Anil Kapoor; 20 February 1956) is an Indian actor, singer, director, radio disc jockey, and television presenter who has appeared in over a hundred films, as well as television series. His career has spanned over 40 years as an actor, producer, director and singer. Besides acting, he also does a Radio show, named ''Suhaana Safar With Annu Kapoor'' which airs on 92.7 big FM. He has won numerous awards in his career, including two National Film Awards, one Filmfare Awards and two Indian Television Academy Awards in varied categories. Word chain, also known as grab on behind, last and first, alpha and omega, and the name game, is a word game in which players come up with words that begin with the letter or letters that the previous word ended with. Hum Dono (''Both of Us'') is a 1961 Hindi film produced by Dev Anand and Navketan films. Amarjeet is credited as the film's director, but producer and star Dev Anand claimed that it was his brother Vijay Anand, who directed the film, based on his own script. The film stars Dev Anand in a double role, and also has Sadhana, Nanda and Leela Chitnis. It was relaunched in colour after exactly 50 years on 4 February 2011.
