Francisco José Urrutia Holguín (28 May 1910 – 19 October 1981) was a Colombian-Ecuadorian lawyer and diplomat. Juan Antonio De Urrutia Y Arana
Don Juan Antonio de Urrutia y Arana Perez de Inoriza y Chávarri was a rich and powerful nobleman and patron of the arts in 18th-century Querétaro, in the Viceroyalty of New Spain (Colonial Mexico). He built and paid from his own money the Aqueduct to bring water from the springs in "La Cañada" (the Ravine) to the city of Querétaro, which includes the 74-arch aqueduct, now a landmark. He is considered the main benefactor of the town. In 1756, Urrutia directed the construction of ''La Casa de la Marquesa'', (House of the Marchioness), a beautiful home for his wife. Josu Urrutia Tellería (born 10 April 1968) is a Spanish former Association football, footballer who played as a Midfielder#Defensive midfielder, defensive midfielder. José de Urrutia (c. 1678 to 1741) was a Basque people, Basque Spanish explorer and settler of Texas, who became captain of San Antonio de Béjar Presidio and lived for seven years with several Native American tribes, leading campaigns against their enemies, the Apaches, in East Texas. Jenaro de Urrutia Olaran was a painter born in Plencia/Plentzia in 1893 and who died in Bilbao on January 2, 1965 (both in Biscay, Spain). He studied his art in Bilbao, Paris and Rome. Ignacio Urrutia Manzano
Ignacio Urrutia Manzano (July 1, 1879 – February 8, 1951) was a Chilean politician. He served twice as President of the Senate of Chile and minister. He was born in Concepción, the son of Luis Urrutia Rozas and of Aurora Manzano Benavente. He completed his studies in his native city, and then attended the Naval Academy, where he became a naval officer. As such, he was sent to supervise the construction of several ships that were being built at the Armstrong shipyards in Newcastle upon Tyne. He eventually returned to Chile on board the recently completed "Esmeralda". He retired from the navy in 1906 while at the same time renouncing his pension.
