Marianne Timmer
Maria Aaltje ("Marianne") Timmer (born 3 October 1974) is a Dutch former speed skater specializing in the middle distances (1000 and 1500 m). At the 1998 Winter Olympics Timmer won a gold medal in both these events. Speed skating career In 1999 she won the 1000 m in the World Single Distance Championships and in 2004 became world champion in the sprint. In 2006, she won the 1000 m at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin. This made her the first skater from the Netherlands to win a gold medal at two different Winter Games. Timmer broke through at the Junior World Championship in 1994, winning bronze. She began to specialize in the shorter distances. Nagano 1998 Timmer won gold in the 1000 and 1500 meter races during the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, beating Chris Witty in the 1000m and Gunda Niemann in the 1500m. Ann A. Scott Timmer (born September 12, 1960) is a justice of the Arizona Supreme Court currently serving as Vice Chief Justice. Education Timmer attended the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. Timmer graduated from Arizona State University College of Law in 1985. In 2018, Justice Timmer graduated from Duke Law School with an LLM in judicial studies. Career Prior to her appointment to the Arizona Supreme Court, Timmer was the Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One. She was appointed in 2000 by former Arizona Governor Jane Dee Hull. Timmer was retained to the court in 2002 and 2008. Timmer also previously worked for private law firms in Phoenix, Arizona. Hendrika Timmer (1926 – 10 February 1994), also Hendrika Geertruida Timmer or Rie Timmer, was a Dutch chess player. She was a two-time winner of the Dutch Women's Chess Championship (1971, 1972). Biography From mid-1960s to mid-1970s, Hendrika Timmer was one of the leading Dutch women's chess players. She twice in a row won Dutch Women's Chess Championships (1971, 1972). Theo Timmer (born 6 March 1949) is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from the Netherlands. He had his best season in 1981 when he won the Czechoslovakian Grand Prix and finished the season in second place, behind Ricardo Tormo. In 1972 and 1973 he was third in the championship. Reed Timmer (born March 17, 1980) is an American meteorologist and storm chasing, storm chaser. He is known for starring in the Discovery Channel reality television series ''Storm Chasers (TV series), Storm Chasers'', as well as in the documentary film ''Tornado Glory'' and in the series ''Tornado Chasers (web series), Tornado Chasers''. He also worked with Mike Theiss in the reality television series ''Storms Rising'' on Disney+. Jeannette Josephina Maria "Netti" Witziers-Timmer (née ''Timmer'', 22 July 1923 – 25 January 2005) was a Dutch sprint runner. In 1944 she was a member of the Dutch teams that set world records in the 4×110 yard and 4×200 m relays. Two years later she won a European title, and in 1948 an Olympic gold medal in the 4×100 m relay. The 1948 Dutch relay team was remarkable in that all its members were married and had children.

Mirjam Timmer (born 1 July 1982) is a Dutch singer-songwriter. Since 2006, she has performed under the name Mir, short for Mirjam, but also the Russian word for "Peace". Maria Janeth Molina (born April 7, 1987) is an American meteorologist. She was the on-air meteorologist for the Fox News Channel, a U.S. television network, from 2010 to 2016. She is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Science at the University of Maryland, College Park. Early life Molina was born in Nicaragua and grew up in Hialeah, Florida. She is a graduate of Barbara Goleman Senior High School.
