The winning team would be awarded the tournament cup trophy. The rules of the tournament were that all 16 women had to draw a random color with the matching colors becoming a team; all selections were final. This concept is similar to World Championship Wrestling's BattleBowl tournament where the teams were drawn at random in a "Lethal Lottery". All Elite Wrestling
All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is considered the second largest wrestling promotion in the United States behind WWE. AEW is owned by Shahid Khan and his son Tony, who founded the company in 2019; in-ring performers Matt & Nick Jackson and Kenny Omega also serve as company executives. Its headquarters are located at TIAA Bank Field, the home stadium of the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars, a team also owned by Shahid Khan. Since October 2, 2019, AEW has produced a two-hour weekly television show, ''Dynamite'', which airs live, with some exceptions. World Championship Wrestling, Inc. TayJay is a professional wrestling tag team consisting of Tay Melo and Anna Jay. They currently perform in All Elite Wrestling (AEW), though the duo is currently inactive due to Melo's real-life pregnancy. The team was originated after Jay and Melo (then known as Tay Conti) were paired for AEW Women's Tag Team Cup Tournament: The Deadly Draw, where they would become an onscreen pair despite Conti being a babyface and Anna being a member of the heel Dark Order faction. However, after all of The Dark Order turned face due to Mr. Brodie Lee's death in December 2020, the duo would become a babyface tag team, with Conti becoming an associated member of The Dark Order after Jay suffered an injury in early 2021. Leva Bates (born May 21, 1983) is an American professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling. She also had a successful tenure on the independent circuit, most notably for Shimmer Women Athletes. She has also appeared in WWE on their developmental territory NXT under the ring name Blue Pants. Nightmare Family was a professional wrestling stable signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The group's name derives from "The American Nightmare", the nickname of the faction's leader Cody Rhodes.
