British Fantasy Award
The British Fantasy Awards (BFA) are awarded annually by the British Fantasy Society (BFS), first in 1976. Prior to that they were known as The August Derleth Fantasy Awards (see August Derleth Award). First awarded in 1972 (to ''The Knight of Swords'' by Michael Moorcock) only for novels, the number of award categories increased and in 1976 the BFS renamed them collectively to the British Fantasy Awards. Forward Prizes For Poetry
The Forward Prizes for Poetry are major British awards for poetry, presented annually at a public ceremony in London. They were founded in 1992 by William Sieghart with the aim of celebrating excellence in poetry and increasing its audience. The prizes do this by identifying and honouring talent: collections published in the UK and Ireland over the course of the previous year are eligible, as are single poems nominated by journal editors or prize organisers. Each year, works shortlisted for the prizes – plus those highly commended by the judges – are collected in the ''Forward Book of Poetry''. The awards have been sponsored since their inception by the content marketing agency Bookmark, formerly Forward Worldwide. The best first collection prize is sponsored by the estate of Felix Dennis. Andy Hui
Andy Hui Chi-on (born 12 August 1967) is a Hong Kong singer and actor. Hui is considered one of the most successful Hong Kong singers, with an extensive list of Cantonese and Mandarin hits to his credit. Early life Hui's mother is Vietnamese. He was transferred to Confucian Tai Shing Primary School because his previous school forced him to perform tasks right-handed when he was born left-handed. Career Hui was the first runner-up in the fifth Annual New Talent Singing Awards in 1986. Hui has appeared in more than 25 films. This is a discography of the Mongolian heavy metal band Hurd. Studio albums The Best Collection I ''The Best Collection I'' is Hurd's debut album. Recorded between the years of 1993-1995, and released along with'' The Best Collection II'', it is considered to be one of the first heavy metal albums in Mongolian music history. It contains such hit songs as , and ''Eejdee'', which are hugely popular among Mongolian music lovers, and are frequently included in the live set. 5 songs from ''The Best Collection I'' were re-arranged and played acoustically during the 1998 Unplugged concert. Hurd released their first music video for ''Chono'', where the band is seen playing the song near an abandoned factory. It also contains numerous battle scenes from a 1945 movie about Tsogt Taij. It is told that the band members grew quickly tired and behaved impatiently during the filming, as they were not yet familiar with the process. Hurd ( mn, Хурд, , "speed") is a Mongolian rock band. Formed in 1987 as Skorost (russian: Скорость, , also "speed") by drummer Dambyn Ganbayar, Hurd is considered the first band to have introduced the heavy metal genre into the Mongolian music landscape. Along with Chingis Khaan, Haranga or Niciton, they are considered "veterans" of the Mongolian pop rock scene, and, as such, they have greatly contributed to its diversification and encouraged the emergence of many new rock acts. Hurd has released nine studio albums, one live album, one compilation album, two video albums and one box set. The band has won numerous Pentatonic Awards (Mongolia's equivalent of the Grammy Award) and Golden Microphone Awards. Guitarist Dambyn Otgonbayar is a member of the Pentatonic Academy.
