''Summer Madness'' is the eleventh single by Japanese hip-hop group Lead, released on June 21, 2006, two weeks before their fourth studio album, '' 4.'' It failed to break the top ten on Oricon, but charted in the top twenty, taking the weekly ranking of #17, where it remained on the charts for five weeks. The single contained two b-sides, "Boku ga Tsuki ni Inoru Yoru" and "One", the latter of which became popular enough to be placed on their first compilation album '' Lead Tracks ~Listener's Choice~.'' "Summer Madness" is an instrumental tune that was released in 1974 by Kool & the Gang on their album ''Light of Worlds''. It reached number 35 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and number 36 on the Hot Soul Singles charts. It has subsequently become one of the most sampled R&B compositions of all time. In the early summer of 1996, Epic Records, a division of Sony Music, reissued and re-released the song as a CD and cassette single. As of 2018, over 145 recordings had sampled it. Summer Madness (festival)
Summer Madness is Ireland's largest Christian festival. It usually takes place over the first weekend in July. Beginning with the 2022 iteration, the festival site has been in lands adjacent to Portglenone Abbey. Origins The festival was commissioned thirty years ago by the Church of Ireland Youth Department. Target audience The festival is aimed at young people, and consistently targets those aged 15–25, and also caters for ages 5–11. The festival expects at least 1,700 people camping on site for the duration. ''Summertime'' is a 1955 comedy-drama romance film directed by David Lean, and starring Katharine Hepburn, Rossano Brazzi, Darren McGavin, and Isa Miranda. It follows a lonely middle-aged American secretary and her experiences touring Venice alone for the first time, during which she falls in love with an Italian antiques dealer.
