Romania is a country located at the crossroads of Central Europe, Central, Eastern Europe, Eastern, and Southeast Europe. Dobrujan Tatar is the Tatar language of Romania. It includes Kipchak languages, Kipchak dialects, but today there is no longer a sharp distinction between the dialects and it is mostly seen as one language.
