Red Sun Rising
Red Sun Rising was an American rock band from Akron, Ohio that is currently on hiatus. The band has released two studio albums through the Razor & Tie record label; their first, ''Polyester Zeal'', in 2015, and their second, ''Thread'', on March 30, 2018. The band also released an EP titled ''Peel'' on March 22, 2019. History Red Sun Rising formed in 2006 when Mike Protich and Ryan Williams, who used to be high school classmates, struck up a conversation about music at a gas station. By 2007, Red Sun Rising's first line-up was formed and they were playing local gigs. In 2011, Tyler Valendza joined the group, bringing a new element to the group's sound. They built a following by previewing their self-released albums over their social media websites and were touring nationally by 2013. JIBE is an alternative rock band from Dallas, Texas best known for their song "Yesterday’s Gone" from their 2003 album ''Uprising''. Initially active from 1994 to 2004, they reformed in 2015 and released their fourth studio album ''Epic Tales of Human Nature'' in 2017. Band history Jibe began in late 1993 after friends Joe Grah and Toby Bittenbender met bassist Sean Robinson while working at Guitar Center in Dallas, Texas. "Uninvited" is a song by Canadian-American recording artist and songwriter Alanis Morissette, released as a single from the soundtrack of '' City of Angels'' in February 1998, becoming Morissette's first new recording since her international debut album, ''Jagged Little Pill'' (1995). Morissette wrote the song and co-produced it with Rob Cavallo. "Uninvited" is driven by four piano notes and builds to an instrumental climax, and haunting atmosphere accompanied by cryptic lyrics.
