Jeff Pezzati
Jeffrey Neal "Jeff" Pezzati (born February 6, 1960) is the lead singer of the Chicago punk band Naked Raygun Naked Raygun was one of the first, one of the longest running, and one of the most recognized Chicago punk bands. They are considered by many to be the most important band in the history of Chicago punk rock and credited with creating “the Chi .... From 1983 to 1985, he also played bass for the band Big Black. In 1980 Pezzati was asked to audition for Naked Raygun (then known as Negro Commando). Pezzati passed the audition and became the band's longest-running member. The band has been credited by Dave Grohl of Nirvana/Foo Fighters fame for inspiring the then 13 year old Grohl to get into punk music. In 1999 Pezzati founded the band The Bomb. Mary Rotolo
Mary Teresa Pezzati Rotolo Bowes (January 28, 1910 – September 27, 1990) was an American writer and political activist. Her daughters were Carla and Suze Rotolo. Suze Rotolo was one of Bob Dylan's early girlfriends in New York City. Early life Mary Teresa Pezzati was born in Roxbury, Massachusetts, on January 28, 1910, the daughter of Italian immigrants Sisto Pezzati and his wife Cesarina (née Opizzi). Pietro Pezzati (1828–1890) was an Italian painter. Born in Tuscany, he was a resident of Livorno. He exhibited at the Promotrice of Florence: ''Il mio diletto a me ed io a lui'' and a ''Holy Family''. In 1886, at the Exhibition of Livorno, he displayed another depicting: ''Virgin and Child'. Pezzati mainly painted sacred subjects.
