The single was released in Japan on October 31, 2012, under Avex Trax in three editions: a CD-only edition, a CD and DVD edition, and a Mu-Mo edition. "Niji" debuted at number three on the weekly Oricon singles chart, selling over 40,000 copies in its first week. A self-cover performed by the writers of the song, Greeeen, would later appear in their 2014 album ''Imakara Oyayubiga Kieru Tejinashimaasu.'' Denki Groove
is a Japanese music group founded in 1989. It consists of Takkyu Ishino and Pierre Taki. History Denki Groove was founded in 1989 by Takkyu Ishino and Pierre Taki, both of whom are natives of Shizuoka, Shizuoka Prefecture. The group's major-label debut studio album, ''Flash Papa'', was released in 1991, the first being ''662 BPM by DG'' in 1990. They also released a few albums, including ''U.F.O.'' (1991), ''Karateka'' (1992), ''Vitamin'' (1993), ''Dragon'' (1994), ''Orange'' (1996), ''A'' (1997), and ''Voxxx'' (2000). Their single, "Shangri-La", had sold more than half a million copies. Ronnie James Dio
Ronald James Padavona (July 10, 1942 – May 16, 2010), known professionally as Ronnie James Dio, was an American heavy metal singer. He fronted and founded numerous bands throughout his career, including Elf, Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Dio and Heaven & Hell. Though his parents were from Cortland, New York, Dio was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where his family resided for his father's service in the U.S. Army during World War II. The family returned to Cortland when Dio was very young, and he lived there until graduating high school in 1960. Dio's music career began in 1957 as part of the Vegas Kings (later Ronnie and the Rumblers). In 1967, he formed the rock band Elf, which became a regular opening act for Deep Purple.
