''Live at Wembley'' is a 1987 live album by Meat Loaf. It was recorded live at Wembley Arena in London March 1–2, 1987. Meat Loaf's brother-in-law Tom Edmonds co-produced and mixed the album, which featured arrangements by Meat Loaf, Steve Buslowe, and Bob Kulick. The touring continued mainly as a ploy to keep Meat Loaf in the public eye and out of bankruptcy. To try to get his career back off the ground, Meat Loaf started touring small venues, anywhere that would have him, such as pubs and clubs. Slowly, he developed a faithful following which grew to the point where they were unable to fit into the venues that Meat Loaf was playing and then they too began to grow. This carried on until the late 1980s where he began to sell out arenas and stadiums again. He even sold over 10,000 tickets at Ohio State. The album was released on 26 May 1992, with a companion DVD released in June 2003. The album was remastered and re-released with bonus tracks in August 2003 in the US as ''Live at Wembley Stadium'' after the companion DVD. This name has also been used on subsequent releases elsewhere, although they lack the bonus tracks included with the US version. ''Live at Wembley '78'' is a live recording by Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). Edited in length as was the VHS/DVD version. Sound issues The sound on this album has led to accusations of the band lip syncing, as did the earlier video from which this CD was taken. However it has come to light that the sound used on the television broadcast of the ''Out of the Blue Concert'' in 1978 was a poorly mixed effort in mono sound that used a lot of the backing tapes that were used admittedly by the band due to sound problems caused by the huge metal and fibreglass stage set. The tapes were for the band's ears only, to help them keep time and should not have been heard by the audience. In 2006 Eagle Rock Entertainment remastered the original sound tapes from the concert and presented the sound in stereo for the first time ever on DVD removing the over dubbed sound that was obvious on some tracks. The recording is a performance of the Bad World Tour, which took place from 1987–1989. This particular concert took place on July 16, 1988, at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London, to a sold-out crowd of 72,000, which included Diana, Princess of Wales and Charles, Prince of Wales. Jackson originally removed "Dirty Diana" from this night's performance, worried that he would offend Princess Diana or the royal family. However, the princess informed Jackson it was her favorite song. ''Spice Girls Live at Wembley Stadium'' is the third video album by English girl group the Spice Girls. It was released on VHS on 24 November 1998 by Virgin Records, and was filmed at Wembley Stadium in London on 20 September 1998 during the Spiceworld Tour. The concert was first broadcast live in a pay-per-view special on Sky Box Office, and although the television broadcast was completely live, studio vocals were dubbed into several songs for the video version of the performance. It received a DVD release in the United Kingdom on 6 October 2008. The show was recorded after Geri Halliwell left the band. Halliwell later revealed in the 2007 documentary film ''Giving You Everything'' that she watched the two-hour show from her home in the United Kingdom after only quitting the band four months prior and said "it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do" and that it was "so painful", to which Mel B jokingly replied, "That's her own fault". It was the first concert ever shot in High Definition and cameras and lenses had to be flown in from the USA and Japan. It was directed by Jim Yukich and produced by Paul Flattery of FYI. It was edited at the band's facilities known as The Farm by Jerry Behrens and David Foster. It documents the band's four sold out shows at Wembley Stadium in London between 1–4 July 1987 at the end of their Invisible Touch Tour promoting their thirteenth studio album, ''Invisible Touch''.
