	Hoku Hoku Ho Clements (born June 10, 1981) is an American singer and actress. She is known for her 2000 hit single " Another Dumb Blonde" from the soundtrack and film '' Snow Day'' and the song "Perfect Day" from the soundtrack and film ''Legally Blonde''. Early life Hoku was born Hoku Christian Ho on June 10, 1981, on the island of Oahu, part of the Hawaiian Islands, the daughter of entertainer Don Ho and Patricia Swallie. Her given name, Hoku, is the Hawaiian word for star. Her father was hapa, of Native Hawaiian, Chinese, Portuguese, German, and Dutch descent. She has one full sibling, a younger sister named Kaimana, and eight half-siblings. 	Hoku (album) ''Hoku'' is the eponymous debut album by Hoku, released on April 18, 2000. The album attained modest commercial success, peaking at number 151 on the US ''Billboard'' 200 album chart and within the top 10 of the Heatseekers Albums chart. The album had sold more than 230,000 copies in the United States within three years of its release. The album elicited generally favorable reviews from critics, who praised the album's lightheartedness and compared Hoku's music to that of Jewel and Liz Phair, although some took issue with the lyrics. The album spawned two singles. The lead single, "Another Dumb Blonde", was featured in the motion picture '' Snow Day'' and became a top 40 hit on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100. 	Hoku Garza The Opihi Pickers was an island reggae group from Hawaii that blend island, reggae, and contemporary music. The group is composed of vocalist and ukulele player Imua Garza, Imua's brother Hoku Garza (guitar and ukulele), their cousins Kahale Morales (bass) and Kevin Okimoto (guitar and vocals). The Opihi Pickers began as recording artists in 1998 while still young teens. They broke through to a wider audience in 2001 with the success of their hit song "Old Fashioned Touch".
