Departure (Journey Album)
''Departure'' is the sixth studio album by American rock band Journey. It was released on February 29, 1980 by Columbia Records. ''Departure'' was Journey's highest-charting album to that point, giving them their first appearance in the top 10 of the ''Billboard'' 200 album charts, peaking at No. 8. The album includes "Any Way You Want It", the lead off track and top 25 single. The album featured an edgier sound, thanks partly to the "live in studio" way the songs were recorded. The band went into The Automatt studio with 19 tracks, eventually trimming down to 12. Three singles were released off of ''Departure''. "Any Way You Want It" reached #23 on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and the follow up "Walks Like a Lady" reached #32. ''Unfinished'' (formerly known as ''In the Line of Fire'' and ''Departure'', ) is a 2018 South Korean drama thriller film directed by Noh Kyu-yeob. The film stars Lee Beom-soo, Yeon Woo-jin, Park Joo-mi and Lee Jong-hyuk. The film was released on November 14, 2018. It is based on the true story of Oh Kil-nam. Plot Set in Berlin in 1986, the story revolves around Oh Young-Min, who has become a wanted man due to a run-in with a North Korean spy. The spy convinces him to move to North Korea under the pretext of safety for himself and his family. As the story unfolds, he realizes that this was a bad decision and flees to West Germany where he is separated from his family. To make things worse, he is under surveillance by various countries, all wanting to exploit him for different purposes. Takeoff is the phase of flight in which an aerospace vehicle leaves the ground and becomes airborne. For aircraft traveling vertically, this is known as liftoff. For aircraft that take off horizontally, this usually involves starting with a transition from moving along the ground on a runway. ''Absent Light'' is the fourth studio album by metalcore band Misery Signals and was released on July 23, 2013. The album was produced by guitarists Greg Thomas and Ryan Morgan, a first for the band. The album cover was illustrated by Adam Rosenlund. This is the band's last album with vocalist Karl Schubach. Background The band's previous album, ''Controller'' was released in 2008. The band would tour in support of the album for nearly a year before going on hiatus to focus on other projects. Masatoshi Ono
, also known as Sho, is a Japanese rock/heavy metal singer-songwriter and vocal coach. Ono got his start in the 1980s as vocalist of the heavy metal band Fort Bragg. In 1992, he released his first solo single, "Pure ni Nare", on Sony Records. It was not until his third single, "You're the Only...", that he began to receive notable attention. The single helped Ono win the "Rookie of the Year" award at the 34th Japan Record Awards and an invitation to that year's ''Kōhaku Uta Gassen''. Jonathan Mark Foreman (born October 22, 1976) is an American musician, the lead singer, guitarist, main songwriter and co-founder of the alternative rock band Switchfoot. He started Switchfoot in 1996 with drummer Chad Butler and his brother Tim Foreman on bass guitar. Jerome Fontamillas and Drew Shirley later joined the band. Personal life Foreman was born in San Bernardino County, California, but his family moved to Massachusetts and Virginia Beach during his childhood. There he became fast friends with Todd Cooper, who encouraged him to learn guitar. Cooper was later a guitar tech for Switchfoot, although he left in 2005 to pursue his own musical career.
