Witold Maciej Orłowski (born 1962 in Łódź) is a Polish professor of economics. He is Director of the Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw University of Technology Business School and a Member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Council. Life Hans Otto Orlowski was born at Insterburg, a midsized town a short distance to the east of Königsburg in East Prussia, which at that time was part of Germany. His father was a master tailor.
