Debi Gliori
Debi Gliori (born 1959) is a Scottish writer and illustrator of children's books. Life and career Gliori was born in Glasgow and grew up there as an only child. She started writing children's books in 1976 and attended art school in Edinburgh from 1979 to 1984. She then received an Andrew Grant travelling scholarship award to go to Milan, and worked as a freelance from 1984. In 1989, independent children's book publisher Walker Books signed her, and she acquired an agent three years later. Gliori is the creator of many children's books including the ''Mr Bear'' picture book series. She wrote the black comedy '' Pure Dead'' series for older children, with ''Pure Dead Magic'' being her first novel. Gliori lives in Haddington, East Lothian. The Classics
The Classics were an American vocal group formed in 1958 in Brooklyn. The Classics first sang together in high school; two of them had previously sung in a group called The Del-Rays. In 1959, under the auspices of manager Jim Gribble, they recorded their first single, "Cinderella"; the record Bubbled Under the US Hot 100 in early 1960. The follow-up, "Angel Angela", also narrowly missed the national charts, and the 1961 single "Life Is But a Dream" hit the lower regions of the R&B Singles chart when Mercury Records picked it up for national distribution, but it wasn't until they released the single "Blue Moon" with Herb Lance on lead vocals that they charted a hit. "Always and Forever" is a song and CD single by Greek singer Kostas Martakis. It was Martakis's entry in a race to be the Greek representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2008. About It was officially released to the media and radios by ERT on February 6, 2008. The song was Martakis's entry in a three way race to be Greece's entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008. He battled both Kalomoira and Hryspa for the spot, and the final decision was made on February 27, 2008 where Kalomoira won with " Secret Combination". He and Kalomoira's songs were leaked onto the internet on February 3, three days before their official release, although the leaked versions were uncompleted demos.
