Zvezdan Mitrović ( sr-cyrl, Звездан Митровић; born 19 February 1970) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach. Coaching career Ukrainian League (2002–2014) During twelve years in the Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague, Mitrović coached BC Khimik, Khimik, SC Kryvbas, Krivbasbasket, BC Budivelnyk, Budivelnyk Kyiv and BC Azovmash, Azovmash Mariupol. Monaco (2015–2018) As a new head coach, Mitrović joined AS Monaco Basket, AS Monaco in March 2015. He won the LNB Pro B league championship (French basketball league system, French 2nd-tier league) in the 2014–15 season. AS Monaco was promoted to the LNB Pro A (French 1st-tier league) for the 2015–16 season. At the end of the season, he finished 2nd in the Best Coach of the Year voting. Basketball coaching is the act of directing and strategizing the behavior of a basketball team or individual basketball player. LNB Pro A Leaders Cup
The LNB Pro A Leaders Cup, or French Basketball League Cup, is the annual national league cup competition for teams from the top-tier level of French professional basketball, the LNB Pro A. It was created in its current form in 2003 (after originally being founded in 1988). It is organized by the Ligue Nationale de Basketball (LNB), which also organizes the top two leagues of French professional basketball (Pro A, and Pro B). Inspired by the Spanish Copa del Rey (Spanish Basketball King's Cup), the ''Final Eight'' format has always been used. Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague
The Ukrainian Basketball SuperLeague (USL) ( uk, Українська баскетбольна суперліга) is the first-tier level of professional basketball league in Ukraine. Established in 1992, the league is currently contested by 10 clubs. It is a tier above the Ukrainian Higher League and allows for one season from the Higher League each season to be promoted. YUBA League
The YUBA League was the top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia and Montenegro (previously FR Yugoslavia). Founded in 1992 and folded in 2006, it was run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Montenegro. The name ''YUBA League'' (Yugoslav Basketball Association League) was used in Serbia and Montenegro until 2005.
