Zoë Skoulding
Zoë Skoulding is an English/Welsh poet, whose work also encompasses translation, editing, sound-based vocal performance, literary criticism and teaching creative writing. Her poetry has been included in several UK anthologies, translated into 18 languages and presented widely at international festivals. Career Skoulding is Professor of Poetry and Creative Writing at Bangor University, where her research focuses on urban space, contemporary women's poetry and translation. She has been involved in several collaborative poetry translation projects, including Metropoetica and poetry of the city, and translated from French the selected poems of Luxembourg poet Jean Portante. Her musical collaborations include the psychogeographical collective Parking Non-Stop and sound art/poetry performances with Alan Holmes. East Anglia
East Anglia is an area in the East of England, often defined as including the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. The name derives from the Anglo-Saxon kingdom of the East Angles, a people whose name originated in Anglia, in what is now Northern Germany. Area Definitions of what constitutes East Anglia vary. The Anglo-Saxon Kingdom of East Anglia, established in the 6th century, originally consisted of the modern counties of Norfolk and Suffolk and expanded west into at least part of Cambridgeshire, typically the northernmost parts known as The Fens. Daniel Poulin (artist)
Joseph Gérard Daniel Poulin (September 19, 1957 – January 2, 2015) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player who played three games in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Minnesota North Stars during the 1981–82 season The rest of his career, which lasted from 1977 to 1990, was spent in the minor leagues and then in the Swiss Nationalliga A. After his playing career Poulin worked as a coach in Switzerland for several years, primarily with HC Moutier. As a youth, he played in the 1970 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with a minor ice hockey team from Thetford Mines. He died of skin cancer in 2015. Monika Rinck (born 29 April 1969 in Zweibrücken) is a German writer. Life and work After graduating from high school, Monika Rinck studied religious studies, history, and comparative literature in Bochum, Berlin and Yale. She writes poetry, prose and essays, which she published in various publishing houses and numerous anthologies (including Der Große Conrady) and literary magazines (including BELLA triste, Edit, Poetenladen), and works as a translator.
