Zedekiah 'Zico' Otieno
Zedekiah "Zico" Otieno (born 30 November 1968) is a retired Kenyan footballer who is currently the manager of KCB in the Kenya Premier League. Career Otieno was appointed interim coach of the Kenya national football team until he was relieved by Francis Kimanzi in November 2011. Otieno played for Gor Mahia, and made appearances for the Kenya national football team, including two 1994 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. After retiring from playing football, Otieno became a manager. He led his former team Gor Mahia before being appointed Kenya national team manager in December 2010. After the end of the 2012 Kenyan Premier League, Otieno left Sony Sugar to become a politician. He ran for the post of Councillor of Eastlands, Nairobi during the 2013 general elections, but took a break and was re-appointed at Sony Sugar, succeeding Sammy Omollo, who had replaced him in 2012. Kakuma
Kakuma is a town in northwestern Turkana County, Kenya. It is the site of a UNHCR refugee camp, established in 1992. The population of Kakuma town was 60,000 in 2014, having grown from around 8,000 in 1990. In 1991, the camp was established to host unaccompanied minors who had fled the war in Sudan and from camps in Ethiopia. It was estimated that there were 12,000 "lost boys and girls" who had fled here via Egypt in 1990/91. Kakuma is situated in the second poorest region in Kenya and as a result of this poverty, there are ongoing tensions between the refugees and the local community that has occasionally resulted in violence. Compared to the wider region, the Kakuma camp has better health facilities and a higher percentage of children in full-time education, which resulted in a general notion that the refugees were better off than the locals. Nairobi
Nairobi ( ) is the capital and largest city of Kenya. The name is derived from the Maasai phrase ''Enkare Nairobi'', which translates to "place of cool waters", a reference to the Nairobi River which flows through the city. Sammy Omollo
Samuel "Pamzo" Omollo (born 30 May 1970) is a former Kenya international football defender who played for clubs in Kenya and India. He is currently the assistant coach of Gor Mahia, and he is also a football analyst at Radio Jambo FM, which is a broadcast radio station from Nairobi, Kenya, providing sports, talk shows and African music. Personal life Born on May 30, 1970, Sammy Omollo was raised in Park road estate in Ngara, where his nickname was ''"Pamzo"''. He is the son of Dishon Omollo, who also captained Harambee Stars and retired with quite some remarkable international games to his name. Omollo quickly took his position in cricket as an all-rounder, meaning that he could throw the ball, could hit it again as a batsman. General elections were held in Kenya on 4 March 2013. Voters elected the President, members of the National Assembly and newly formed Senate. They were the first elections held under the new constitution, which was approved in a 2010 referendum, and were also the first run by the new Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). The 2012 Kenyan Premier League (known as the Tusker Premier League for sponsorship reasons) was the ninth season of the Kenyan Premier League since its establishment in 2003 and the forty-ninth season of top division football in Kenya since 1963.
