Zaki Rostom
Zaki Rostom ( arz, زكي رستم) (1903–1972) Zaki Moharram Mahmoud Rostom was an Egyptian actor. A Method acting, method actor known for portraying intimidating and often Asociality, asocial villains, Zaki is regarded as one of the influential and important actors of Egyptian cinema. Zaki Rostom was born on March 5, 1903, to an aristocratic family of prominent position in Egypt, where his father and grandfather were Pashas of Egypt, and his grandfather also served in the Egyptian army. His father was appointed minister in the era of Khedive Ismail, and died when Zaki was still a young boy. Farid Shawqi Mohammad Abdou Shawqi ( ar, فريد شوقي محمد عبده شوقي) (July 30, 1920 in El Sayyeda Zainab – July 27, 1998 in Maadi); known as Farid Shawqi ( ar, فريد شوقي) was an Egyptian actor, screenwriter and film producer. ''The Sin'' ( ar, الحرام, translit. Al Haram ) is a classical 1965 Egyptian drama film directed by Henry Barakat. The film stars Faten Hamama, Zaki Rostom, and Abdullah Gaith and is based on a novel by the same title by Yūsuf Idrīs. ''The Blazing Sun'' ( ar, صراع في الوادي, ) is a 1954 Egyptian romance drama film directed by Youssef Chahine and written by Helmy Halim and Ali El Zorkani. It stars Omar Sharif and Faten Hamama. This was the first film role that Omar Sharif played. In 1996, during the Egyptian Cinema centennial, this film was selected one of the best 150 Egyptian film productions.
