Pascal Zuberbühler
Pascal Zuberbühler (born 8 January 1971) is a Swiss former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played in the Swiss Super League for Grasshopper, Basel and Neuchâtel Xamax. He also had a season on loan to Bayer Leverkusen of the Bundesliga, and late in his career he represented West Bromwich Albion and Fulham in England. Zuberbühler earned 51 caps for Switzerland between 1994 and 2008, and was selected for UEFA Euro 2004, the 2006 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2008. At the middle tournament, the Swiss were the only team in the competition's history to be eliminated without conceding a goal. Nieves Zuberbühler (born 1987) is an Argentine journalist, reporter, and producer. She worked as an associate producer for ''60 Minutes'', where she interviewed the last surviving prosecutor from the Nuremberg trials, before working as a correspondent for Argentine news channel Todo Noticias. David Zuberbühler
David Zuberbühler (born 20 February 1979) is a Swiss businessman and politician. He currently serves as a member of the National Council for the Swiss People's Party since 2015. He previously served on the Cantonal Council of Appenzell Ausserrhoden from 2011 to 2016. Early life and education Zuberbühler was born on 20 February 1979 in Herisau, Switzerland, where he also grew up and attended the local schools. Zouberbuhler
Sebastian Zouberbuhler ( – January 31, 1773) was one of the founding fathers of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Biography Believed to have been born in Switzerland, he worked as an agent for Samuel Waldo, who speculated in land, in South Carolina and Massachusetts (including what is now the state of Maine) during the 1730s. He served in the 2nd Massachusetts Regiment in the Siege of Louisbourg (1745). Zouberbuhler traded at Louisbourg during the British occupation, moving to Halifax around 1750. In 1753, with John Creighton, he was sent by Governor Peregrine Thomas Hopson to Lunenburg. He represented Lunenburg Township in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1759 to 1763. On Oct. 19, 1763, he was named to the Nova Scotia Council. Zouberbuhler was involved in the local timber trade and also speculated in land. He also served as the local magistrate. He died, probably of gout, in Lunenburg in 1773 and was buried in the crypt of St. John's Anglican Church (Lunenburg). See ...
