Zombie Shark Records is an independent record label founded by drummer Noah "Shark" Robertson in 2016. The label specializes in nu metal, hard rock, alternative metal, industrial rock, and shock rock. History Noah Robertson started Zombie Shark Records in 2016, while drumming for Motograter. The Zombie Shark Records logo was created by artist Wolf Krusemark. The label's first unofficial release came in the form of a compilation album entitled Masked Metal Mayhem which features masked and painted bands. The compilation includes songs from Motograter, Anti-Clone, Blue Felix, Amerakin Overdose, Underlined, Darkc3ll, The Convalescence, Thira, ELETE, Seven Days Lost, Mettal Maffia, Pinhed, DiM., SYKOSIS, Apathy Syndrome, Natas Lived, Americaust, Psykotribe, and Harvest The Flesh. Noah Robertson
Noah "Shark" Robertson (born July 28, 1983) is an American drummer, comedian, and writer. He is one of the founding members of The Browning. He was also the drummer of Motograter from 2013 to 2017. Robertson is currently the drummer for Jeffrey Nothing, former vocalist and founding member of Mushroomhead. In July 2011, he founded Swimming With Sharks Records. The label roster includes Eye of the Enemy (Australia) and Hellbent, among other acts from around the world. Past artists include Mouth Of The Serpent, Aechoes, Laconic, Blindfolded and Led To the Woods, among others. On August 29, 2016 Robertson launched Zombie Shark Records and announced his first signings as Keychain from Montreal and Darkc3ll from Australia. Darkc3ll is an industrial rock/ metal band from Brisbane, Australia. Their music portrays themes of horror, evil and death. History Darkc3ll was formed in November 2010 by Postmortem Matt and J. Dracman. They released their debut album ''REBOOT : REPEAT'' in February 2012 through RTD Records/Rocket Distribution. In September 2013, Darkc3ll released its second album, ''Dark Verses'' via RTD Records/Rocket Distribution. Before its release, two singles were released separately from the forthcoming album; "Six Hundred & Six Six" and "Exorcist". When Darkc3ll released their album cover, it was met with some opposition by a Melbourne promoter, who took exception to the theme and cancelled their show. ''Alternative Press'' is an American entertainment magazine primarily focused on music and culture, now based in Los Angeles, CA. It generally provides readers with band interviews, photos, and relevant news. It was founded in 1985 by Mike Shea in Cleveland, OH. The company is now looked after by MDDN. Beginnings The first issue of ''Alternative Press'' was distributed at concerts in Cleveland, Ohio beginning in June 1985 by ''APs founder, Mike Shea to advocate bands playing underground music. The name for the magazine, ''Alternative Press'', was not a reference to the alternative rock genre, but referred to the fanzine being an alternative to the local press. Shea began working on his first issue in his mother's house in Aurora, Ohio. Shea and a friend, Jimmy Kosicki, targeted the Cleveland neighborhood of Coventry. Dirty Machine
Dirt is an unclean matter, especially when in contact with a person's clothes, skin, or possessions. In such cases, they are said to become dirty. Common types of dirt include: * Debris: scattered pieces of waste or remains * Dust: a general powder of organic or mineral matter * Filth: foul matter such as excrement * Grime: a black, ingrained dust such as soot * Soil: the mix of clay, sand, and humus which lies on top of bedrock. The term 'soil' may be used to refer to unwanted substances or dirt that are deposited onto surfaces such as clothing.
