Zlatan Arnautović
Zlatan Arnautović (; born 2 September 1956) is a Serbian former handball coach and player who competed for Yugoslavia in the 1980 Summer Olympics and in the 1984 Summer Olympics. Club career Born in Prijedor, Arnautović started playing handball at his hometown club Bosnamontaža. He later played for Borac Banja Luka, Barcelona, and Lagisa Naranco. International career At international level, Arnautović competed for Yugoslavia in two Olympic Games, winning the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics. He was also a regular member of the team that won the 1986 World Championship. Coaching career During the 1990s, Arnautović served as head coach of both Crvena zvezda and Partizan. Prijedor ( sr-cyrl, Приједор, ) is a city and municipality located in the Republika Srpska entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As of 2013, it has a population of 89,397 inhabitants within its administrative limits. Prijedor is situated in the north-western part of the Bosanska Krajina geographical region. The Yugoslav Handball Championship was the highest level competition in men's team handball in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, played regularly for almost four decades between 1953 and 1992, before being abandoned due to the breakup of Yugoslavia. History The first five editions from 1953 to 1957 were decided via a finals play-off tournament contested by clubs who had qualified in regional competitions, before a regular round-robin league format was introduced for the 1957–58 season.
