Zinc Football, also known as Zinc Football Academy, is an Indian professional football academy club based in Zawar, a mining town in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The club competes in R-League A Division, the top tier league of the state. The academy was formed in 2017 as part of Hindustan Zinc Limited major stake holder Vedanta Resources's CSR. Zinc FA is the current champions of R-League, and was nominated for I-League Second Division. Sesa Football Academy (SFA) is a football academy based in Sanquelim, Goa. Originally founded in the 1960s as Sesa Sports Club, its football team competes in the Goa Professional League, and previously participated in NFL II and I-League 2nd Division. SFA is a unit of Sesa Community Development Foundation, which is promoted by Vedanta Limited with the objective of service to the community in its operational areas. The 2022–23 Elite Youth League, also known as 2022–23 Hero U-17 Youth Cup (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), was the thirteenth season of the Indian Elite Youth League and the first season of the competition as an under-17 category. I-League 2, previously known as I-League 2nd Division and officially known as or Hero I-League 2 (for sponsorship ties with Hero MotoCorp), is an Indian men's professional football league. It is the 3rd tier of Indian football, behind Indian Super League and I-League. It operates as a system of promotion with I-League (final qualifying phase of state leagues teams). In 2020, due to COVID-19 pandemic in India, the league format was changed into I-League Qualifiers.
