Zibo Sunday
Zibo Cuju Football Club () is a professional Chinese football club that currently participates in the China League One. The team is based in Zibo. History Zibo Sunday was founded in June 1982 inspired by the 1982 FIFA World Cup. As the founders of the team mainly played football together on Sunday, they used Sunday as the club's name. They officially registered as an amateur club on 18 July 1996. Zibo Sunday finished the third place in the 2011 AFC Vision China Championship and won qualification for the 2012 Chinese FA Cup, which they lost to China League Two club Dongguan Nancheng 3–0. On 30 September 2017, Zibo Sunday won promotion to China League Two after they advanced to semi-final of 2017 China Amateur Football League by beating Lhasa Urban Construction Investment 1–0, and eventually, winning the entire Championship by beating Anhui Hefei Guiguan in the final. Dalian Professional Football Club () is a professional Chinese Association football, football club based in Dalian, Liaoning, that participates in the China League One, China Super League under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). Their home stadium is Dalian Sports Centre Stadium with a capacity of 61,000. Wang Zhuo (footballer)
Wang Zhuo (; born 16 January 1990) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Dalian K'un City in China League Two. Club career Wang Zhuo would play for lower league clubs Liaoning Tiger and Fushun Xinye before joining Guizhou Hengfeng where he was part of the team that won the 2012 China League Two division. The following season he was promoted as the clubs first choice goalkeeper, however the club performed poorly within the 2013 China League One campaigned where they were relegated at the end of the season and Wang was singled out for criticism by the fans on social media for his weight, which stood at 108 kilograms. Zhang Mengqi
Zhang Mengqi (; born 10 October 1989) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Zibo Cuju. Club career Zhang Mengqi joined Genbao Football Academy in 2000 and graduated to China League Two side Shanghai East Asia's first team at the beginning of the 2006 league season. He moved to Shanghai Shenhua's youth academy in 2007 and returned to Shanghai East Asia in 2008 for the 2008 China League One season. Zhang Shuai (; ; born 21 January 1989) is a Chinese professional tennis player. She is a two-time major champion in women's doubles, having won the 2019 Australian Open and the 2021 US Open, both alongside Samantha Stosur. Zhang also finished runner-up at the 2022 Wimbledon Championships with Elise Mertens, and has reached four further major semifinals across women's and mixed doubles. Bai Zijian (; born 16 October 1992) is a Chinese footballer of Korean descent who plays for Zibo Cuju in the China League One. Club career Bai Zijian is an ethnic Korean Chinese who would predominantly concentrate on his studies before moving into football where with the help of a family friend and former professional footballer Wang Chao, he was able to enroll with second tier football club Shenyang Dongjin's youth team. Very little would come from his period with Shenyang, however he would be scouted by the Chongqing Lifan manager Li Shubin who was impressed by Bai and would sign him as a youth player. Club career Sun Weizhe started his professional football career in 2015 when he was promoted to Chinese Super League club Guizhou Renhe's first team squad. Zhang Ye (; born on April 26, 1987, in China) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Zibo Cuju as a midfielder. He was a member of China U-23 National Football Team. Club career Shenzhen Jianlibao Zhang Ye would move to Chinese Super League football team Shenzhen Jianlibao to start his professional football career in 2005. Zhang Shuai (; born 15 January 1993) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Qingdao Red Lions. Club career In 2012, Zhang Shuai started his professional footballer career with Henan Jianye in the Chinese Super League.
