Zhu Xuefan (; June 12, 1905 – January 17, 1996) was a Chinese male politician, who served as the vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. The Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress () is a political office in China. According to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, Vice Chairmen are responsible for assisting the Chairman in performing his duties as chair of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. Since 1982, Vice Chairmen are appointed for a term of five years, and cannot serve for more than two terms, just as with the Deputy Speaker of the Chinese Parliament. Ye Jianying
Ye Jianying (; 28 April 1897 – 22 October 1986) was a Chinese Communist revolutionary leader and politician, one of the founding Ten Marshals of the People's Republic of China. He was the top military leader in the 1976 coup that overthrew the Gang of Four and ended the Cultural Revolution, and was the key supporter of Deng Xiaoping in his power struggle with Hua Guofeng. After Deng ascended power, Ye served as China's head of state as Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress from 1978 to 1983. Li Peiyao (; 1 June 1933 – 2 February 1996) was a Chinese politician. He was born in Cangwu County, Guangxi, the son of Li Jishen, the founder of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang (RCCK), a breakaway faction of the Kuomintang that cooperated with the Communists.
