	Zhao Zhihong Zhao Zhihong (; 5 September 1972 – 30 July 2019), nicknamed The Smiling Killer and Demon, was a Chinese serial killer and rapist. He admitted to committing a total of 20 serious crimes between 1996 and 2005, including raping and killing at least 6 women in Ulanqab and Hohhot in Inner Mongolia Inner Mongolia, officially the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is an autonomous region of the People's Republic of China.
