Zeinab Mamedyarova
Zeinab Hamid qizi Mamedyarova (also spelled Mamedjarova; az, Zeynəb Həmid qızı Məmmədyarova; born 3 October 1983) is an Azerbaijani chess player holding the FIDE title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM). Career In 2000, Mamedyarova won the Girls U18 section of the World Youth Championships in Oropesa del Mar and took a silver medal at the 34th Chess Olympiad, held in Istanbul. In 2002, she won the European junior girls championship in Baku and a bronze medal at the 35th Chess Olympiad in Bled. Mamedyarova won the Azerbaijani women's championship in 2001, 2008, 2015. She took part in the Istanbul leg of the FIDE Women's Grand Prix series in 2009. World Youth Chess Champions
The World Youth Chess Championship is a FIDE-organized worldwide chess competition for boys and girls under the age of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18. Twelve world champions are crowned every year. Turkan Hamid qizi Mamedyarova ( az, Türkan Həmid qızı Məmmədyarova, ; born 7 August 1989) is an Azerbaijani chess player who holds the title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM, 2007). Chess career Turkan's first chess trainer was her father. Her brother Shakhriyar and sister Zeinab also have titles of chess grandmasters. Several times represented to Azerbaijan in European Youth Chess Championships and World Youth Chess Championships. Shahriyar Hamid oghlu Mammadyarov ( az, Şəhriyar Həmid oğlu Məmmədyarov; born 12 April 1985), known internationally as Shakhriyar Mamedyarov , is an Azerbaijani chess grandmaster. he is ranked No. 1 in Azerbaijan and No. 13 in the world. His personal best rating of 2820 makes him the sixth-highest-rated player in chess history. Mamedyarov has competed in the Candidates Tournament in 2011 (eliminated in quarterfinals), in 2014 (placing fourth) and in 2018 (placing second).
