Zavolzhsky Constituency
The Zavolzhsky Constituency (No. 180) is a Russian legislative constituency in the Tver Oblast. In 1993-2007 most of the constituency was included into the old Tver constituency, but in 2016 Bezhetsk constituency was extended to Tver and gained the name "Tver constituency", while mostly rural parts of former Tver constituency were placed into new Zavolzhsky constituency. Vladimir Abdualievich Vasilyev (russian: Влади́мир Абдуали́евич Васи́льев; born August 11, 1949), is a Russian politician who currently serves as parliamentary leader of United Russia in the State Duma. He served as Head of the Republic of Dagestan from 2017 to 2020. Biography Vasilyev is of half-Russian, half- Kazakh descent. He was a deputy of the State Duma of the IV, V, VI and VII convocation, and a deputy speaker of the State Duma of the VI and VII convocation, the head of the United Russia faction, chairman of the Duma committee on security (2004-2011), and Deputy Secretary of the Security Council (1999-2001). Likhoslavlsky District (russian: Лихосла́вльский райо́н) is an administrative and municipalLaw #4-ZO district (raion), one of the thirty-six in Tver Oblast, Russia. It is located in the center of the oblast and borders with Maksatikhinsky District in the north, Rameshkovsky District in the east, Kalininsky District in the south, Torzhoksky District in the southwest, and with Spirovsky District in the northwest.
